From loosely observing, it seemed like the only problem members had with Syn was his leadership role. I don't think it would be a big deal for him to remain in the clan now with a demotion. Maybe with time he could rise back to a leadership role. Only reason I'm posting here is because I can't post in rx only and I felt like giving my opinion.
