I have been pondering doing this for a while. I don't believe that he has done anything or is doing anything to deserve general. He received general from vibe when the clan was started back up. He went from a sleep walker to a general.

Changed my vote, I don't want him in Rx now that I think about it. i'm all for second chances, third at a stretch, but not a fourth.

He said this on an application evaluation, yet he was rejected from the clan multiple times. You of all people should understand that people can have as many chances as that are needed.

I don't believe a general should vote no to be "that guy". He is in a position of leadership and that is not something a leader should say or do.

Alright I added the option to change votes. Revote.

He eliminated people's votes, because he didn't want a person to join the clan. This caused a loss in votes and made the votes unfair. A leader shouldn't reset votes so that the odds may go in his favor. That is abuse of power. Just because you may think someone is a bad person, does not mean they are and that people dont think they are.

I believe syn should be moved to a sleepwalker.

I know it's hard, but if someone has the balls to do this, then he should have the balls to do this non-incognito. You make reliable points, no question. But I can't really judge him because we had our differences in the past + I came back short time ago. As I said, your points are reliable and as we can see in the Application Evaluations there's some arguing about his negative setting. Though we might need someone who's critic. I don't know. This should be at last an open talk and not backstabbing. No offense to whoever made this thread, you got balls and reasons. But that's not the way families handle such a thing I guess.

Why demote him to sleepwalker? You're basically forgetting everything he's done for the clan. I agree that most of the stuff he has done in the recent weeks is retarded, but demoting him will do nothing.

I personally feel that there should be no "titles" and we should all be equal, as a so called "family". Titles aren't needed amd can create conflicts between one another. Just have admins and have mods, add people to the mod list if they've deserved it. Hell, we could even haves votes on it, who the fuck cares.

All that Syn needs to do is look at his mistakes and move on. Literally all he has to do. He doesn't need to apologize  or anything like that. He needs to realize that people change, maybe in years, or in months, it doesn't matter. We should base applicants off their current personality, not their old shitty 12 year old fuckbuddy fagatron shitface personality.

Basically Syn, I think you are idolizing this clan too much and holding new applicants to a higher standard than what you and others faced getting in here. Obviously we can all have differences of opinion and if you really think these new members shouldn't be in Rx that is your prerogative, but if these dudes end up washing out it really isn't the end of the world. They would only be like, oh, 80% of all the Rx members that either went inactive, quit, or were kicked for shenanigans. They definitely can't kill our reputation (we don't fucking have one), and they sure as fuck aren't going to kill us (I don't think anything can at this point lol) so I don't see why we can't give them a shot at becoming bros.

That's all I gotta say. I don't think Syn needs to be demoted. But I don't think we need ranks at all so, the point is sorta moot.

I agree with everything above. But I have to also say lots of syn's actions weren't general-worthy, I'm not sure if it deserves a demotion but definitely live and learn i guess. I could start a list syn if you want though pm or here, or if you don't care, then that's fine too. Like everyone else said this isn't super srs business.
